[Bug][0.952]Wilding Cloak no longer grants blindness spell

Tried equipping and unequipping wilding cloak but no longer grants blindness spell. Sovereign was human with life, fire and earth magic.

Are you sure? In combat it appears under the "abilities" tab instead of the spell tab, so maybe you missed it.
