If it's not appearing there, shoot a mail to email@example.com and they should be able to handle it.
I found a work-around for the entire registering issue with the original Elemental.
1. Uninstall the gamestop app - back up your games if you want to keep them, I didn't care but I cannot recall if they go bye-bye or not.
2. Install the version of impulse that comes with elemental.
3. It's ok if impulse downloads the application update (you can't stop it) but DO NOT restart the application.
4 Register Elemental through the impulse application
5. Let impulse update.
6. Let your patch download and install. It does take some time to apply the patch so be patient it is not locked up.
