[Bug] [0.951] Lucky Faction Trait

Hi there, noticed something odd when wielding the "Lucky" faction trait.

That is it does not give the perk "Lucky" to units, does not increase dodge or accuracy by 10 on anything, but rather gives a +10% bonus to accuracy to every unit you own, even heroes.

Fixed, but not in time for the 0.952 patch. So it will be i the next one, thanks for the info.
