[Bug] Music sometimes stays in combat mode after combat

Just a quick one; sometimes the music remains in tactical battle mode even after the battle has finished and it's back on the strategic map. This also happens if you click on the city view (it sticks in city view music mode).

Another one is sometimes the SFX don't play in a tactical battle, although the music is playing.
