[Bug] [0.95] Impulsive and Turn bar

Hi there, I have noticed with the hero starting with the impulsive trait (Lady Irane) that on the first turn of combat the turn-bar is really messed up and does NOT reflex how the turns are going to look. This is really annoying since I rely on this information to know when to defend, attack, move, and cast spells!.

Here is 2 pictures, the first one is for turn one in a random combat, where it looks like I am going to have a trillion turns each time the spider have one, the next picture reflects how it really is, the spider have more initiative than me, so it will have more turns on average!.

Yes, I've noticed this too. Lady Irane apparently gets +50 initiative on the first turn, then it settles down to normal on the second turn.

The impulsive trait should be better implemented (programming-wise), rather than just +50 init, for the above documented reasons.  Poor job on this one.

I agreed it should be implemented programming wise to change initiative rules for a few seconds.
Like an ability to "stun" a unit, letting that unit lose 25% of the initiative count until the next turn, and ability like this would also mess up the initiative count.

It would be nice if the turn order would reflect turn-based initiative loss/bonus in a more sensible way.
