Same old bug still happening

Like in previous beta I am still experiencing a bug where I would give my unit a command and after it does it the combat stops with that unit waiting for something for about 20-30s. After this time passes the next unit in initiative order can go.

The game does not freeze, it is like it is calculating something in the background instead of giving a next unit in initiative order a chance to act. All the current unit actions are crossed except for wait. But wait does nothing as well.

This happened to me when Ashwake Dragon was attacking my city and I attacked him with one of my defenders. I happened after each attack I tried to do. After it happened 3 times in a row during that combat I got pissed and pressed to resolve the combat automatically.

It never happened when it was Dragon's turn, but only mine.

I have encountered a similar problem when fighting Delin.

He casts fear at start of the fight, I can see the animation and hear some sound then a 20s wait then another animation over my heroes showing what effect the cast had and sound for resists.

 

I think it's a issue with spells or magic attacks, calculating their outcome. One of my heroes uses a magic ranged staf. When she casts there's always a 20s gap between her cast animation + sound and the animation + sound that show if the attack hit or miss.

 

I play on an Phenom 2 955 , 4GB RAM, Sapphire VaporX ATI Radeon HD 5770 graphic card.
