[Bug][0.950] Slave Pen and Warrior Temple are missing the bonuses from their precursor buildings [fixed]

I'm currently playing Magnar and noticed, that the Slave Pen and Warrior Temple are missing the bonuses the Mill and Command Post, respectively, provide. This means, that it is actually detrimental to build them, because you lose those bonuses.
