[0.95][CRASH] Battle starting while another battle is in progress

I had another battle start up just as I had started a battle. I was clicking on one af the enemy unit portraits and I got the battle pop-up. I clicked to fight the battle and the game crashed.

Agreed. Often times when you initiate an action, whether that me movement, or quest, or loot, the game tries moving you prematurely to the next commandable unit in the list, causing complications and often making you search for your unit again.
