Just curious if this was something hardcoded or if it is something we could mod. Hate that razing a town makes the area unlivable again.
It is not moddable right now. I get around it by making the restore land spell Earth III instead of Earth V. Do that and you can at least restore the land with a little mana.
I don't mind it being a spell, but a lvl 5 Earth spell, as it is now, is too much. I also think it should be a general or researchable spell rather then a Earth spell because if you don't have Earth, you can never do it.
Yeah, this annoys me too as suddenly a huge juggernaut of a monster comes out of nowhere and destroys a city or three and then that's it, game over as there simply isn't any place else to even build a city!
