Well basically,

If you want to use the pixtudio Windowblinds skin, you need to download and install Windowblinds the program. Same for NextSTART, ICQ&ICQ+, Winamp, etc. Each skin in the suite is made for a particular piece of skinning software. They all do something different, but the same, you know? Like all the band members in Cheech's group getting the same outfits but not lame like all matching... the same, but different...

I've lost it... now I'm gonna go sit in the corner for a while...
