[0.95][Crash][CTD] Cannot Start New Game

Funny thing that I was able to play 2 games then ... nada.  Well every time I click on a Sovereign and hit Next I get this popup error from windows trying to find a solution  (good luck,  lol )  and the game exits to desktop.  I've even tried default Sovs to try and be sure it wasn't a problem with custom,  but that didn't work either.

A complete wipe of my folders in C:\Documents did the trick.  After a complete re-download and install AFTER uninstalling everything.  

At least I can check out the beta again, whew.
