[0.95] Random crash to desktop

Had just restarted elemental, played 2 or 3 turns when one of my cities finished building a lumbermill, clicked on the news link to visit the city, it had still something in the que so I clicked somewhere to deselect the city and then the game crashed to desktop

again no zip file
