Pacts in singleplayer

Do they do anything? You can only form them with another faction and with an allied one at that, correct? So if I play 1vs1, they are useless?

It seems Diplomacy expansion as a whole is pretty useless in a 1 x1 game, a shame.........

Yep, diplomacy is never an issue in 1v1 so no need for pacts and such.

Is this a troll post or is it not painfully obvious of the lack of a need for diplomacy when there are only two sides??? :S

In 5vs5 matches there are also only 2 sides. You should try to express yourself in a more clear manner if you are going to be a jerk to the OP anyway.

Instead of the blanket that is TAR, to bad packs couldn't be made with neutrals, via the diplomatic tree.
