I would recommend the book "Adrenaline Nation" by Peter McCarthy. I would like to hear others experiences, what do you think of it?
I haven't read it but I skimmed over the descriptions and it seems something useful, although I know that many people publish this kind of books just because us citizens are more stressed then others so I don't know if I will pay any money for this kind of books, but that is only my opinion.
If you read it, maybe you can give your opinion first and we'll go from there!
