[0.915 Bug] Incapcitated Enemy Hero stuck in captured last town

First off not certain if I'm suppose to load the save files to drop box. Will keep this file to upload if needed.

 

I enountered a solo enemy Hero outisde final town so I attaked and auto-resolved. I think same turn,  I attacked final town and won. Faction is destroyed but his Hero is in my town incapacitated for rest of the game. Strangely near the town I also had the white square with the red x that shows up when you are casting Spell of Remaking. Not sure if related to this bug.

I also have seen the hero of a faction I killed remaining in the last town bug.

I usually do this so its faster and easier for the devs if they need it ;)

The red X just means someone cant move, think I saw it casting tremor some time ago when I used that spell :D
(latest games have all been with gilden, spending all my mana... and I mean ALL my mana on enchantment upkeeps)
