Noticed that Titans are only given 20 points of upgrades, but have 25 points of abilities to spend them on. Does anyone know how to change the total number of upgrade points a titan gets?
Impossible. Ironclad likes making you have to make tough choices about how you design your most important units (capitalships, starbases, titans). You can change the upgrade limit on star bases, but for capitalships and titans all you can do is reduce the amount of upgrades, but tweak the numbers so the final upgrade is just as powerful.
Am guessing that its not possible to increase the level cap past 10 either, huh?
Nope. All you can do for capitalships and titan levels is change the amount of XP they require.
