[0.915][bug]Yithril Sovereign rules the Altar in my game, Yithril also with same guy.

I just met the Altar in my current game on a large map/challenging difficulty, here's what they apparently look like:

The Yithril have the same guy as their sovereign in my game, and the two factions are at war to make things even more ridiculous.
