[Question]Has anyone been able to build a Temple of Essence in the latest betas?

I'm not sure if it is a problem on my end (user error) or with the game (bug), but I have yet to be able to build a Temple of Essence, or any other building that requires a resource to be within the city-walls, in any of my games since I joined the beta.

Has anyone else noticed the same?

You can't, essence isn't implemented yet. Wait till beta 4 comes out, then you'll have enough essence to make the tempel of essence.
