Created a custom Resln Sov, and wasn't ale to cast corruption to convert shards to Death shards.
You need the Death Worship Faction trait and Someone with the 2nd rank in Death Magic.
I used Resoln as the faction, so that would have been ok, I don't think I had dath 2 though. That explains that. Thanks!!
