suggestions for cursorXP

In "new theme" you can only insert one diagonal, horizontal and vertical resize, while I have noticed some cursor themes have 8 resize possibilities. Hmmmmm.
Also why not have a 360 degree shadowing possible instead of only mirroring?.
Seperate cursor resizing is allowed, but what about seperate mirroring?
Speed of animation is allowed, it would be nice to be able to choose the number of loops from 1 to infinite.

Kind regards.

One thing that you missed is to ask for a scripting language

Believe it or not, that is included in CXP 1.09! One of the things it does is to allow for better control of each frame in the animation.

/me tries to use the script to add a multi-media player, but is worried that the controls will end up on the cursor itself.

How would you click on such controls?

Hi Matt
yes unfortunetely once you try these cursors on, you can never go back to standard cursors cuz your ruined and totally hooked on them!

I recently tried the wasp theme, that one is toooo much! the way it stings and flys off. hehe

please don't remind me of my set, it is "Still" missing the link hand cursor & ppl have requested I finish that theme but I cannot draw the hand!

Shoggot never finished a complete theme did he? I only seen that blue animated one but it was not a complete theme right?
or did he finish it?

How do I get version 1.09? I received an email from Stardock on Feb 13 with a download link, but it's version 1.01.
As indicated, I went to www.stardock.com/support and entered my email address in order to receive a link to the latest version... I did receive an email indeed, but with a link to download the Object Desktop Component Manager!!!! And since Cursor XP is not part of Object Desktop, it doesnt help me much.
So, in that a bug in the database, or is there something that I'm missing?

The link I received for 1.09 gets me a 404!

It is my understanding that you will get a new e-mail with the new link. Alberto just asked me to test the new link

Doreen: I am doing OK .A bit busy (like always). The theme was called "spun". Shoggot never finished his cursors. But the ones he did were pretty amazing Can't you ask a friend to help you with drawing that hand? I would love to see your theme finished!

Matt can you please have Albert shoot me off that link too?
I think the last version he sent me is 1.0

Thanks

and yes I need to try to draw that hand again, I don't want to bug anyone, but I really suck at drawing I have tried over and over again, just not my forte either I guess...
(I get frustrated)

Glad to hear you're busy, busy is good right? hehe

Use the Support page (https://www.stardock.com/support) to be sent the latest link for registered users.

MadIce, as I said, when I use that page, being also a Object Desktop customer, I am sent a link to download Component Manager but no link to download Cursor XP.
Is that a bug in the system when a person is both a client of OD and CXP?
I also used the support page, received the link for CXP in the email........all I get is a 404.

I am trying to solve this. Be right back or espect someone from Stardock to respond.

I am not allowed to post the link, because it needs to be fixed in the registered users database (so I am told).

Instead I will contact the proper authorities to solve this

OK. I spoke with Kris.

Doreen, Koasati or Doreen: Can you please mail me the link you got from Stardock. Kris wants to know what is in your e-mail, so that he can fix it.
Not the mail! Just the link! hehe
Koasati is the only one who got a 404 on the link.
My problem and Doreen's isn't that the link is invalid, it's that there doesn't seem to be a way to tell the support page what we want. It assumes we want Component Manager which makes sense since we're Object Desktop customers. There should be two separate pages, one for OD custoers and one for Cursor XP customers, or any way to tell the database what it is that we want.

Ah. I see your problem. I tried it myself.

The problem is not what you are suggesting. I am registered to 3 SD products. The mail returns only 2 of them and CursorXP is not on it!

This can be fixed. Thanks for your response.

That was a clumsy answer. It should read:

"Your solution for two seperate pages is not necessary. The CursorXP database isn't connected."

Anyway. It will be fixed.

MadIce, not our lucky day. Here's what I got in return (I put spaces so the address doesn't turn into a link):

kimk @ stardock.com - no such user here.
There is no user by that name at this server.
