[0.914][BUG] Magnar obsessivly collects leather greaves

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/38820453/MagnarAILovesGreaves.jpg

A picture says a thousand words. Not really sure how that happened. Large Mountainous Map, all settings normal. Not a graphic problem as I sold them at a store later on. I did reload a bit during that game so it might be a factor. I tend to notice a lot of things go haywire when reloading a save.

[BUG?] I'm not sure if it's a bugged or not, but upon completing the 'Dragonsgate' quest trio I didn't see any information about how to pursue the rest of the Quest Victory. Is that supposed to be implemented yet? Because my Sovereign reached a terrifying level of power in that game and I wanted to go up against whatever the game could throw at me.

[SUGGESTION] The wildlands obsidian snake boss was helpless against my hero if I ran inside range to hit him and ran away (with regen to boot). He sat there until I finished the job eventually. He might either need some kind of ranged attack when he can't hit anything in melee or his chasm should spawn Ophidians to not give players such an easy run of it.

Not just Magnar. Seems true with all Souvereigns. Already reported this here:

Worth investigating if its true for all AI heroes... Anyone else not get this bug?

I get it, it's actually quite easy to replicate. Just be strong enough to force people to surrender, you'll find a collection of leather greaves to sell away on those broken spirited sovereign. I'm pretty sure it's a bug with the AI's armor buying... as in, they are trying to equip their heroes with armor, but all they ever buy is leather greaves. It's the only way that they could get THAT many.

Ah, my bad. Pulled an all nighter so my brain was even more scattered than it usually is.

Collecting greaves is the cool thing to do in the Elemental world.  My sovereign had a huge collection, I showed them to Magnar in the dimplomacy screen and he immediately surrendered.

ROFLOL     It's simple, really; the Dude just has a thing for leather ... It's called a Fetish ...

                                                  XD

this is a bug, not only the AI sovereigns buy too many armor items, but try to buy that items and you will see that it doesn't appear in their inventory

after a sovereign surrenders sell the items, then try to buy the same item (graves or boots) : it will not appear in their inventory but you will be credited of the gildars

didn't try to trade it though ...

You have to do all the sub-quests for the dragon statues, and return to the one that sent you after the eyes of the other two.

This will cause the master quest battle sequence to happen.  The fight is indeed likely the toughest you will face in a normal game (Unless the AI is set to a really high difficulty, and even then it might be.)  It has very good rewards, however... and wins the game if master quest win mode is enabled.

Smart Move, Ausland !  Of course, pretty much everyone has some weakness ... and once you know an Enemy Sovereign's peculiar weakness ( in this case a Fetish for leather greaves ), you pretty much  OWN  the Dude ...

I did that. The one with all the dragons correct? I solo'd them as a challenge. Although I did find and complete the other two quests (for the eyes) before finding the main one.
