[0.914] Bugs: Bonus Move, Negative Gildar Rush

Just finished my first full game, it was awesome.  So much better than 0.913 even.

A couple bugs I saw:

If I attack one army and autoresolve, I can move onto & attack another army before the autoresolve finishes.  It effectively lets me move into the space taken up by the second army with the same movement point as attacking it

The minimum time to train a unit is still 3 turns, but I can rush it after 1 or 2 and actually gain gildar.  But I cannot rush when the cost is 0 gildar.  Then it just finishes on the next turn even though it says 2 turns left.

Not sure if this is a bug or a balance issue, but, when winning a war with the AI, they'll surrender for free but won't accept peace unless they're bribed for some ridiculous amount.  It would make more sense for them to offer me anything I want in return for me leaving them alone.

Speaking of the minimum time to train/build, why is it 3 turns?  I find it annoying that a high production city has to spend nearly an year throwing a pub together, or finding housing for a cleric.  Even more annoying when I am playing a single city with production over 400, and have to train a light scout for an year. (I don't. I train an unit with scouting traits that can eat demons for breakfast, but I would still rather have a light scout in one turn without spending mana/Gildars)

Now, I am sure that there is a good gameplay reason for this, I just would like to know what it is

It's only a token restriction...just rush after one or two turns, the cost is negative and you gain the gildar

End of Poko8's quote

what?! is that for real? the game pays you to rush?

"3 turns minimum to build anything" is a stupid mechanic and I also cannot think of a justification for it.
