[.914 BUG] How come the maul doesn't maul anymore?

Maul seems to be working for me.  I have been killed by it a few times.

they upped dodge in .912 i think so that nerfed maul a bit. its fine with me as maul was totally op. try boosting your champs accuracy.

yea i definitely got mauled to death a few times by some roaming bears.

I'm not talking about being "mauled", I'm talking the maul weapon not mauling.

It wasn't a matter of not hitting... I hit, but didn't maul with the maul.

It never did, as far as I know. The maul weapon and the maul ability are separate, and the maul never mauled .

Can i go to the mall?

Maul /môl/

Just to add, if you want to maul, you have to get Berserk weapons (Berserk Axe, Berserk Swords). Those are only available for heroes, of course.

I think the solution is to add a Berserk Maul

you need a weapon with the "maul" perk, not a Maul (hammer) (Captain Obvious speaking)

used to find one in 912, exceptionally useful during the first 100 turns

I played a game as Procipinee in 0.912, found a Berserker's Sword, boosted her accuracy to somewhere around 180, and went on a rampage. It's a totally overpowered weapon due to the maul ability. Nothing could stand against me. With that kind of accuracy I was landing so many hits in a row, I could take down drakes and death demons with a couple swings.

Houston, we have a problem.

Why would a Maul maul?

There is malling at malls but no mauling with mauls. Got it?
