[0.914] Loot does not drop when attacked by monsters

If a monster has a certain drop you get when you kill it in battle - like wolves have wolf pelts - you'll get it at the combat resolution screen and it will show up in your backpack.

However, if the monster is the one initiating the battle with you, you will not get any loot even if you win. The loot will show up at combat resolution, but not end up in your backpack.

I was hoping they would be able to fix this for the 0.914 patch.  I did mention it a few times, including in the 0.913 feedback thread.
