[BUG][.913]No More Oceans

So is there a spell that empties the world of all its oceans?  Otherwise, this may be a bug:

I have gotten that from time to time even back in WoM.

Normally, zooming out to cloth map and back in tends to fix it.

In FE, it seems to happen when memory is getting tight (just like other optical strangeness), so take it as a hint to save, exit the game and start it again.

I've also seen trees go white too.  The zoom in/out thng works for me.
