So, do I have to set myself against 4 hard AI's all in the same team?

I've been doing 4 player unfair on FFA but that doesn't trigger the achievements.

Also, does it have to be locked or unlocked teams? o,O

The AI simply don't need to be on your team, that's what matters IIRC.

The key word in the achievement description is alone...you cannot win with any allies, whether through locked teams or allied victory...it is possible that it is bugged (ie you have to play on hard; higher difficulties won't trigger it) though I am not aware of such a thing...
