[Bug] [0.912] Festival bugged?

from Elemental Forums

Was looking at my city at some point, to see the fraction of my prestige was spent on each town, and noticed something odd about the "Festival" Building...

  

Obviously some number is wrong somewhere, also besides this, the city was producing stuff... (I think :P)
Thought I wanted to share.

I think Festival gives +3 when you are building, and +4 when not building. Yeah, the numbers are off.

Haven't actually payed too much attention to what it actually does, just noticed it randomly, but based from what you say that sounds like quite the growth power from one building O_O

Yeah, it is broken, it will be fixed in 0.914.  Thanks for the heads up.
