FE 0.91 Horses Issue

I installed FE 0.91, and don't know if it is 0.912 or not at the moment, but I can not buy horses for my champions...  I have several horse stables built and many horses in inventory on top right menu & I can make mounted units just no horses in the shop for sale.  I can buy lots of wargs.  I'm a kingdom with a custom sov.  I'll send in a saved game file if you like.

Did you pick a faction that has war horses as a trait? I have some issues with that as well. It seems to be only when you have warhorse trait you can't buy horses or warhorses but only wargs.

I have encountered this too and it is since I created a custom faction with the warhorse ability.  It is really annoying to not be able to get my warhorses for my champions although they do show up as an option when designing my regular troops.  Looks like a bug where the faction ability makes regular horses disappears from the shop but never replaces them with the warhorse.   Interestingly this may only be a bug with custom factions because Pariden has the warhorse trait and I have seen the warhorse in their shops.

When I play a custom faction with the warhorses trait, I have horses available, but not the warhorses.  Sad, because the extra weight is the reason I picked the trait to begin with... but honestly not too bad a bug.

Yeah, I can confirm the no-horses-of-any-kind version in 0.914 too. Some kind of bug within a bug mean that I was once able to buy a warhorse from Gilden for some reason, but since then I have to go to one of my rivals for regular horses or buy wargs from my own cities.

Thankfully I got one from a quest too, so at least my Capitar sovereign has an appropriate mount, even if his underlings are riding either wolves or shanks' mare.

This LegacyOfSerrane warhorses and regular horses missing in shops is still an issue in 0.95.  Not sure if the Stardock guys ever got it reproduced/logged so I figured I would supply a save game with the issue as well as my custom sov and factions.   Here you go:
