This hammer reads +100% attack and +1 metal.

I think in the game i am playing i am gaining a permanent +1 to my metal per turn every time i use this in a battle - at the moment i have only needed to use it once per fight but i am about to try using it as the only weapon used during a battle and will keep my army back to see what happens.

It appears  from the text that it should be +100% attack, i would assume a cooldown period, and +1 metal per turn. Not per use in a battle permanent bonus.

Ay caramba.

follow up post - used the hammer in a fight against 5 billion hoarder spiders and their mommy. I could use the double damage attack once during the fight.

the +1 metal per turn might be giving me one metal at the end of the fight, not sure. I will have to count totals before and after fight.

The extra metal i thought i was getting was actually arriving from 2 mines i built recently and had just started to ship metal lol.

So i would say this hammer is not very clear on the metal portion of its bonus. Do i have to sit with a hero in a city to get the bonus ?

Curious.
