[912] new weight system and armors

well i actually finished this one game i focused on studying champions and there are still many flaws

in the end i could wear plate on EVERY champions i had, both mages and warriors and assassins

in order of importance:

 

- the champions vambraces(or those giving weight bonus maybe i confused the name) are totally wrong, they defies the whole point of having  weight system and trying to prevent everyone from using plate (its also anti logic, why would wearing a heavy plate item help you with wearing many other heavy plate parts? )

- the weight traits are totally wrong, already the system should be to make ppl NOT use plate, but giving nearly everyone a single easy trait that allows you to do it anyway makes no sense, the trait should be only for warriors AND should be much much less bonus for a single trait

-the malus of weight is sooo much low, in the end i just dont care of few initiative if i can be nearly immortal the penalty should totally discourage from using it on non appropriate character

 

also on end game plate armors i have to say they are too much strong, i never found ANYTHING in the game that could deal me 10 dmg but 90%+ of enemies wasnt doing more than 2 dmg making all my champions totally unkillable

I think the base carrying capacity should be reduced from 30 to 20 and the initiative penalty should be:

- 0 % - 25 %: 0

- 26 % - 50 %: - 2

- 51 % - 75 %: - 4

- 76 % - 100 %: - 6

quite good but i rather change the type of malus

initiative is something you can live with

malus should be something REALLY annoying so i would add over 75% something like 20% less dmg done and +1 turn to cast every spell

That is actually the case, because if you have a lower initiative you can attack less often and cause less damage.

ok i understand your point but it was just and example of a possible malus, surely we can think something better
