[BUG][.912]Tactical Battle Suicide

I attacked an Empire hero and her guard. My attack gets the hero down to 1 hit point. The hero proceeds to haste and cast berserk and die.

At least she went out on her terms. Maybe my Sovereign was just THAT intimidating.
