[BUG][.91] Drag and Dropping in Trade/Equip screens

I've reported this issue at least once per Beta version but it still seems to be persisting. The drag handle on the items is very poorly defined or the mouse down event is not firing or something. It's always a crap-shoot when clicking on an item to drag for it to actually be dragged. I've tried everything from selecting the item first, clicking in different areas on the item, holding the mouse button down to give it time to process, etc . . . no matter what I do dragging is never consistent. What am I doing wrong?

Just wanted to mention it again as I don't know if you guys consider it fixed or not an issue but it is still annoying the hell out of me.

Hunh, didn't even realize you could drag and drop. I always just use the buttons.

Yea you can drag and drop the items between your champions. I suppose you can use the buttons too but I guess dragging and dropping just feels more natural to me.
