[Bug][0.91] Landscape heigh looks weird.

This bug is specially dedicated to building cities near hills and mountains, and using the heighten and lower terrain.

I have made some images, and put upon the images some text explaining what terrain type it has, you can try and compare it to how it looks :).

Screenshot 2:

Screenshot 3:

If the world is going to be completely flat with mountains and hills anyways, I would like to see some more accurate definitions of how a mountain looks like in the game files, make it cooperate a bit more with the spells.

Trying to make each tile that looks like a hill into "this" graphic, and modifying the surrounding "connection tiles" to be slopes (the point where the tiles meet) instead of just trying to randomly lower and raise stuff, cause that doesn't work xD.

Edit: numbered the screenshots for reference.

The problem, to me, seems to be that raised or lowered land becomes an unexpected terrain-type.

E.g. the plains on top of the hill in screenshot2; or in the bottom screenshot:

1. Mountain terrain at the base

2. Hill terrain in the middle

3. Mountain terrain at the summit.

want to say that screenshot 2 is actually either computer made, or a natural happenstance in the current game, I only casted create mountain, lower and heighten lands on screenshot 3.
