[bug??? .90] no way to run away from battle?

Title said all, there is no longer spell from magic tech tree that gave you ran away from battle.

"Escape" is still under the Book of Winds tech.

No, I don't had "book of winds" tech in magic tech, I wonder it's had to do with "Enchanters" when you create a race or kingdom faction.

having escape still in book of Winds now that its availability is random doesn't seem like a very good idea to me. Balance issue though and a "feature" as of 0.90. Maybe put Escape elswere in the magic-tree?
