[BUG][.90] Have to auto resolve tactical combat

Whenever an enemy dies from attacking one of my heroes who is buffed with Mantle of Fire, combat goes screwy. First, the enemy dies from the MoF damage. Then my sovereign, equipped with a sword, counterattacks and kills him again. Then tactical combat is stuck with no one able to do anything, at which point I have to hit auto resolve to move passed the battle.

I had a similar issue. In a battle vs. a slag... if one of my hero units died, I would have to use auto-resolve to end tactical.

I had a similar issue when my her killed a darkling when her turn ended I had no options and could niot pass the turn the only way it would end the combat was to hit auto resolve. It only happened once.
