[BUG] Character Models not loading

Hi, not sure if this is a bug or just not included yet, but the character models don't appear on the below screens. All the other graphics in game appear to be fine.

I've tried adjusting the screen resolution but it hasn't helped.

I'm running an ATI Radeon HD 5450 with the latest drivers on Windows 7 with 6 gigs of RAM and Core i5 Processor.

Interestingly I have the same problem, but only after I reinstalled the game due to another bug. Before the reinstall I had the character portraits in the init screen, but after reinstall they are gone.
