What is the commonly agreed upon multiplayer settings?

Hey there. I enjoy playing games at Normal and sometimes Fast with no pirates and no other settings turned on (or off, for that matter.) Just wondering what people like!

Faster with pirates off, usually.

Quick start

Locked teams

Pirates inactive

All settings on faster.

No additional victory conditions. (though capital planet victory is getting pretty common to speed games up)

Allied victory obviously
