I just downloaded a skin for xp from this side, but now i've got an *.wba file and i dont know what to do with it.
How can I activate the skin ??

The XP skins found here are all Windowblinds 3 skins. Just download and install Windowblinds and you're in business.

Note that Windowblinds free version is somewhat crippled (doesn't skin some things like the scrollbars for example), you'll need to purchase it to get the full effects. http://www windowblinds.net

uhhhm sorry, me again.
i got windowblinds noe but i can only change the skin to the skins which where with the download, how can i activate the skin i downloaded ?
