[.86][BUG] can't end turn

Hello, I just recently started playing the beta.

At the beginning everything is working fine, but when I progress further into the game I seem to get a bug where I can't end the turn.

However I found a possible reason which is causing this and a solution to it, but it is annoying.

When you move a unit on the map a couple of tiles from a where it is standing now, and it moves through a tile which is controlled by another faction, the unit might end up in a running animation.

This is where I can't end my turn, but when I select the unit in it's running animation and right click the tile which it's standing on, he stops running and then the turn will end eventually.

So I can make it work again, but looking up the unit which is causing the bug can be annoying because there are a lot of tiles on which this can occur.

I had this same problem last night.  Late in the game I couldn't end my turn and I couldn't move any units on the map.  All I could do was cast spells.  I assumed the game was just running out of memory or something so I saved and closed it up for the night.  This morning same thing, can't move anyone, can't end turn.

I play with cloth map only so I didn't notice any running animations but I don't believe my units moved through enemy territory on the last turn I played.  This unfortunately doesn't cause an actual crash so there is no error log.

As a side note, I said screw it and retired from that game and when I started my next game with my custom Soveriegn, she started with no armor, weapons or perks instead of how I had originally designed her.

Just had this one happen to me on what had been a very stable game (just FYI; roughly 4 games out of 20?ish have been stable enough to get to mid/late game play). I have 1 deadly army, 4 med armies and about 20 weak armies. Currently I'm at war with half the factions and neutral with all the others. Looked everywhere.. couldnt find one running in place. Hope i have a save a few turns back or this late game run is lost. Still, tanks for the info though, was worth a look.

The running in place thing happens to me all the time in other factions' territories.  I get around it by micro-managing my units' paths when they get stuck like that (change their destination to the square next to the outpost, or whatever, that is in the way, then change it back to the real destination).

On a few occasions I have seen a similar problem in my home territory: I get the running animation with nothing in the way and that unit/group stops responding to any commands.  One time I was able to go to the next turn, but the other times I was stuck until restarting the game.
