FE v0.86 - Hero Recruit Cost Error

I found a hero in very late game (I had 95%) of the map, and its recruit cost was 4000000000+/- gildar. I think there is an error in the presteige vs hero cost system. I sent a screen shot and saved game in. Same issue was in early EWOM too.
