[Bugs] [Combat] [Overlandmap]

Ok. I had no clue as to post my bugs here as to the other forum (Thought this was for getting help installing the game etc. so never paid it much attention).

Gonna gather the info I can, obviously I cannot include the Debug file for most of them, so some of them will just be here for sake of measurement.

Horrific Vail:
Original Post: (https://forums.elementalgame.com/420660)

The spell "Horrific Wail" which you gain from having death magic, and water magic,
it is supposed to have a 2 turns of casting time, then giving all the enemies -2 initiative (+1 per water shard) and -2 spell resist (+1 per death shard).
The problem is, the spell does not decrease the spell resist of the enemies it hits, I have tested this multiple times (but forgot to screenshot).

Weird Casting Bug:
Original Post: (https://forums.elementalgame.com/420663)
Link of image used in post: (http://img407.imageshack.us/img407/3575/screenshotif.png)

In the middle of combat, I got my turn (as per the turn timer, it shows my turn too), I try to cast "Wither", but each time I click the "Wither" button, the "Earth Shrill" gets a "Cast: "Wither"" sign over its head, and all my units are "Withered" as through I casted it (even used the +1 from my 1 death shard)
After clicking this "Wither" button several times (to make the screenshot ;)) the game decides to do some crashing.
Ps. am not sure if mana was deducted for each cast.

Also, not sure if its the point, but some spells stack, and some spells don't, some spells  can be casted several times on the same monster, some spells cant, "Wither" is one of the spells that stacks (can go through this at another point if you are interested).

Razing Cities Degrade Fertility:
Original Post: (https://forums.elementalgame.com/420512)

Sometimes when I grab a city from a Computer Player, I decide to raze it, but have noticed that the "Fertility" of the land (The amount of "Grain" the land produces in particular) decreases from doing so, so I spent some extra attention to this (Another player even decided to test it for himself) and found that when you raze your city, the amount of "Grain" goes down a notch.

Thats it for now, might edit with a screenshot in a sec for Fertility bug.

Sincerely
~ Kongde

Ok, About razing lowers land fertility, here is screen-shots and a thorough description of what I did.

I started a game as "Lord Relias", leader of the "Altarrians" (standard race for your ease of use)

I start on a "decent" location here, the map location is of little importance, since I am going to test how it is going to look after I build a city, then raze it to the ground.
I have at this point leveled "Lord Relias" with some useless skill (Think it was "Quick") and am hovering my mouse over the "Settle" button. (http://imageshack.us/f/705/screenshot2hk.png/)

I move 1 square to the right: http://imageshack.us/f/708/screenshot3dw.png/

I then found my first city, named it, then razed it, poor people building all those huts: http://imageshack.us/f/703/screenshot4nc.png/

As you might notice, the landscape is void of most life now, something about people running around angry after I tore down they're homes.

I then move 1 square to the left, founded my first city again! and razed it to the ground (Sorry about the image, noticed after posting it got a little wrong, but it should show the point clearly: http://imageshack.us/f/818/screenshot5x.png/

At this point I decide to move 1 step direclty up. (notice my movement fills inbetween each founding of city and razing, effectively granting me unlimited moves) Build a city and raze it (I did not end turn yet): http://imageshack.us/f/819/screenshot6yp.png/

I then move 1 square up, and 1 square right, onto the 1 tile big forest next to that ogre there, found my last city for this test, and raze it: http://imageshack.us/f/827/screenshot7nk.png/

Hocus pokus, I have just created 1 huge area of unbuildable soil by running around razing my own cities... Its a Sad day for Slave Masters in this game >_<

PS: Click the screen-shots for larger pictures.

Sincerely

I used to love the slave master trait until I did a test after you first said there was a bug, now I don't destroy the enemy, I just take them over.

I would not mind, if there was a high level spell or something that could fix/restore the land
