[0.86][bug] Master Quest location spawned on inaccessible tile

Greetings! I'm playing a large map, and thus trying to end things more quickly by winning through an alternate route. I researched the spell of making, but it's greyed out so I can't cast it (saying I need 4 influence, which I'm not sure what it is, though it has a cup like faction prestige and says "4", while I have 13 faction prestige). I turned to the master quest, and a couple of steps in I need to find the Free Riders. Their compound spawned on a wall surrounding a wildland:

I can go all around it, but my armies cannot step on that tile. It's a wall, right?

Fun fact: this wildland's quest was to be subjugated and build a city inside. I would love to (lots of great resources, including three shards!) except even after clearing the area my pioneers are told "can't build in someone else's influence"... d'oh!

I must add, however, that I'm playing a LOT of this beta and thoroughly enjoying myself, and am amazed to learn that there's a LOT of content yet to go into the game. Thumbs up, Stardock!

1) The spell of making requires that you start building four special buildings (three towers and a forge).  I think it's supposed to require that you complete them, but as of 0.86 I think all you have to do is to start them, and then you can start casting the spell.

2) There's a special wildlands area that's intended for the master quest, but it was unfinished at the time 0.86 was released and so is disabled.  There's no way to get through the gate.  This should be fixed in a future beta drop.

When you destroy the monster in the centre of these areas, they should become uncontrolled so you can build there, but as of 0.86, this is not the case. I do like the that on the large map, you get 2 of theses areas, and they are random each time. Would be cool if we could make a HUGE map that had all 6 of them. (but I guess we will have to wait to the 64bit version of the game to handle the memory required)
