1. Pathing doesn't working right in many situations. For example, if to path from point A to B, you must traverse a city. The city has enough units in it so that the current army couldn't enter it. The result will be army getting to the city then standing there. If you try to path from there to the point B again, it will go around the city somehow by a much less direct route. Solution: allow pathing through the city even when you can't put the units in the city.
2. Indicate on each army/unit/city icon how many seasons before it is done doing what it needs to do. On a city producing something, indicate how many seasons are left. For an army unit, how many seasons till it has moved to where it needs to move, etc.
3. Crashing when reloading a saved game inside of a current game. This happens all the time.
4. Provide a fullscreen windowed mode, so that if you have multiple monitors, your mouse can easily traverse to another application on the other monitor.
5. When attempting to click and drag an item from the inventory of one unit to another, it seems to have a delay in receiving the click message. It interprets the drag to be on the next item the mouse travels across.
6. Provide a "slot" oriented view of the equipped inventory, i.e. head, chest, etc. This helps visualize the items that are missing so that you can try to fill the holes.
7. Caster units in enemy armies are the best! They just keep buffing everything until they are dead. 
8. Chaos is overpowered--you can decimate any formation of units with strong attack but low defense with it. As an instant cast, it is just too overpowered for the initial moves in tactical mode. It makes initiative the best stat in the game for units that can cast it.
9. Allow the spell of making to be disrupted in the event the prerequisites to cast are lost.
10. When you use the defend option (with a shield) it takes a long time before another turn is done in tactical mode.
11. Ranged attacks need a greater chance to be missed/dodge the further away they are. Otherwise an army of level 5+ archer units can nearly decimate anything from range before it can even approach.
12. group organization on entering tactical mode needs to be more intelligent. Placing mounted units behind ranged units doesn't make sense. Casters should go in the back, etc.
13. any given champion should have it's skill tree presented on leveling. Selecting a new skill shouldn't be required on level-up, so you can double check the makeup of your army before selecting it. When a champion has an unused skill select, it should be flagged on their icon.
14. npc's should actually collect the loot left in their territory, not just leave them for invaders.
15. there should be a way to cure champions that receive an injury, BUT they should also drop items (some) when they die, offsetting the impact of being able to remove the death penalty. The enemy should be able to use these, but drop them as well when they die...
