[0.86][Bug] Squirrelly Victory Screen Artifacts

It appears that only my final A.I. opponent gets the privilege of having a real icon in the trailing victory screens. The others were all relegated to a white circle of nothingness.

Also the graphs could double as seismograph readings. Not all of them had such wild swings but many did.

I noticed this as well. I think the seismograph-style reading are the AI alternating tax rates to get production vs guildar - which I'm actually quite impressed with. I think these graphs need to be an average of the last 5 turns so the line is meaningful.
