At this point, after spending a massive amount of time with the Beta..

I'd buy (upgrade to) a mail order pre-order, big boxed premium package which included:

DVD Install Disc - first release

Music of E:FE

A Great Tome of Lore

Art and history, stories and encyclopedia, myths and legends

Stylized maps of the Wilderness areas

Figurines of the Wilderness Monsters

A disc of community created content, and a tour of Stardockia

Release day download and downloadable extras

Benefits:

Players get cool swag

Publishing earns some pay

Artisans are employed to make Figurines

Print shops and postal services get some work

The community gets a nod, and the team says hi

E:FE garners some extra pre-release and release day attention

Beta Testers who pre-order premium, make a statement of confidence!!

Brick and Mortar see that gamers Really Do want tangible big-box swag

Empower a market for locally owned Game Shops to prosper

Players get cool swag

With the problems around the EWoM Box set with many people having to get them resent out due to not arriving, and others getting 2,3 even 4 copies I believe this went out the window.

Nah, The company that previously miss-handled it should be tossed out the window. The idea of value added, tangible product should not. Partner with outfits who can get er done. Assign a dedicated manager to bring all the parts together. Where there's a will, there's a way.
