Some things I'd like to see changed/improved.

When leveling a city, I'd like it to either zoom to city or even better give an option to examine city before having to choose upgrade option. Pretty annoying to have to memorize by city name what you want each to be good at.

Hopefully simple request: place hero levels in a few more spots, especially the trade items screen. Be nice to see level and possibly trade item without have to dump that screen and go into a different one to see level.

Make better use of road in auto-routing. When having an army leave a city, many times it will leave via a square with no road in it and then have to move onto road. This isn't an issue where another army or unit is blocking the path either.

I'd like to see the numpad move the armies/units whether numlock is on OR off.

Might edit this as I think more on it.

Either way, definitely getting better and better!
