[Bug] City Mana Calculations

In the City Details window if I mouseover Mana Output the little box at the right appears.  It is stating that I have +9 mana per turn (which is correct)  but if you add up the values beneath it is only +6.  The Water Shrine line item is not correctly displaying that there are two shards connected to this city.

It must be forgetting to multiply the bonus times the number of shards of that type. Thankfully the end result it correctly calculated, but the tooltip needs to be, too. Good find (like always)!
