[0.86] Bug - Arena quest broken

I know it was reported back during 0.77 but I can confirm that the Arena quest that gives the Heartseeker reward is still bugged in 0.86. It does not give you the reward after completion. I did not opt for the final battle to learn to craft weapons but selected Heartseeker instead.

Don't know if this is intended or not, but you can acquire heartseeker as random loot from battles; the quest is not necessary (.86).

It seems broken another way in my current game -- I move onto the arena and nothing happens
