[bug][0.86] What monstor zone is this one?

I came to a monster zone that has two gates with bones inbetween them.  When I entered the zone, I received the movie for the Albeb, the large elemental worm and a landform that is a big cravise.

I also am not able to walk up to the gates and activate the land.  The one desert tile infront of the gates does not allow movement. I included a save the turn before I entered the zone.

Its the Pit of Lost Voices where the Dragonlord from the game ending quest is imprisoned. As Heavenfall said it is unfinished and currently doesn't do anything.

I found this in my currect game. It is the first Monster Zone that I have ever encountered in the game. And I have been playing a lot since .75.  But I do crash a lot up until the newest patch. Figures that when I finally found one that it is bugged.
