[Possible bug 0.86] Ice staff does cold damage but the casting animation shoots a stream of fire

Don't know if it's a bug but when using the Icestaf for ranged attack the casting animation shoots a fireball instead of some sort of ice attack

And on my system both kinds of magic bolt shoot in from the left side of the screen instead of coming from my unit.   Anybody else ?

I have occasionally see this in FE (it was very common in EWoM), but most of the time it works correctly.

I used to see this bug in WoM but havent seen it in FE beta yet.
